Professional requirements:
University degree in business administration or related studies (minimum bachelor degree)
First practical Reporting & Analysis expertise
First experience in data gathering, exploration and proper visualization
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and relevant IT-tools
Working experience of 1 to 3 years in Controlling & Reporting. Experience working in a shared service organization is an advantage
Key activities and responsibilities:
Gather reporting relevant data from specific sources
Create management reporting packages
Documentation of Controlling processes
Perform deviation and cause analysis
Personal requirements:
High service orientation and ability to work in a team
Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
Very good social skills and communication skills
High enthusiasm and self-motivation
Fluent in English
