Primary Responsibilities
· Guarantee alignment strategic plan with all functional areas, through continuous collaboration and communication with the different departments.
· Responsible of the strategic plan performance monitoring, tracking, and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives, establishing KPIs and monitoring them regularly to assess performance against targets. Identify areas of improvement or changes needed to keep strategies on track.
· Identify overly cumbersome processes that could be streamlined and made more efficient.
· Conduct market research including competitor analysis, customer insights, the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and market trends that will contribute to future decisions and plans.
· Develop written reports, design and develop presentations and strategic decks, and present the work to senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
· Alignment and coordination of the strategy meetings.
Skills and background
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role requiring business and strategies understanding, project management, sales, marketing or business analysis and development.
Excellent quantitative analysis skills coupled with a strong ability to synthesize qualitative information to help explain trends and driving factors behind those trends.
Strong problem-solving abilities and design thinking.
Well-developed business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights and a recommended course of action.
Proven ability to deliver insights to audiences at various levels in a clear and concise way, including strong visualization and storytelling skills
Understanding of Amway business model would be very helpful and is a plus

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
