ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and solutions in specific projects for the following solution platforms/technologies:
o Conversational AI/Chatbots (Cognigy)
o NLP/NLU of free text (Blindspot ARIS)
o Data Science / Machine Learning (Dataiku)
o Computer Vision
o Machine Reasoning (Arago Hiro)
· Coordinate multiple AI projects with internal and external business partners
· Support identification of potential use case areas
· Develop technical, functional & operational skills related to AI (Conversational AI, Machine Learning, Machine Reasoning) within the Digital Automation Office organization;
· Develop metrics providing detailed insight into daily status of operations
· Develop best practice Conversational AI and NLP/NLU solutions
· Support the business analyzing their processes to create a solution design for the technical implementation
· Responsible for the quality assured delivery of AI solutions to the business;
· Support in SLA definition for AI applications as part of solution design
· Support the deployment to productive environment
· Manage the preparation of implementation plan (if required)
· Support in impact assessments of software vendor releases
· Good expertise in SOAP and REST, ideally paired with expertise in a technology stack (e.g. SAP ABAP).
work experience and requirements
Technical Skills:
· Application development, e.g. coding languages like .Net, VB, C+
· Excellent understanding of NLP/NLU, Conversational AI and Data Science (incl. Machine/Deep Learning) methods and concepts
· Good understanding of Robotics Process Automation and Process Mining methods and concepts is a plus
· Certified for Cognigy or similar Conversational AI platforms
· Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
· Process modelling skills
· Green Belt certification is a plus
· Project Management experience
· Good understanding of technologies, programming concepts and background in programming:
o Languages like Python, R, JavaScript, HTML/HTTP
o API: REST, Web Services
o Data standards: JSON, OData, YAML, INI
o Frameworks:
§ SciKit Learn
§ Tensorflow, PyTorch
o Containerization: Docker + Kubernetes
o Legacy IT environment: Linux (CentOS, SUSE, RHEL), Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 (and above)
o Databases: PostgreSQL, Graph DB like Neo4j or AWS Neptune, Oracle, Snowflake, MSSQL, Hana DB
o Strong understanding of process and technical design
o Good software troubleshooting skills and understanding of programming constructs is a plus
