LATAM COMUNICATION / MARKETING

 

Objetivo del puesto:

The LATAM communication lead is responsible to develop, and implement, in all the region, the strategy, development and execution of all integrated communications that create a positive atmosphere for our Customers and Prospects across all touchpoints securing full alignment.

 

Requisitos indispensables:

·         Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related

·         More than 8 years in Marketing area in strategic position

·         English is mandatory.

Principales Responsabilidades:

 

COMMUNICATIONS PLANNING AND EXECUTION

·         With a strong understanding of the Global communications and content strategy, lead the development and implementation of the Integrated Communications Calendar for LATAM for all Clients (ABOs), Customer and Prospect communications, managing messaging across all channels and aligning communications to ensure priority communications are given high visibility and impact and communications efforts are integrated with business priorities.

·         Define and report overall communication performance targets, including strategic KPI´s align with center and the region priorities.

·         Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all Integrated Communications Calendars in the region are completely harmonized and executed based on established quality and brand standards.

·         Lead the team of Communication in the development and implementation of all Amway brand, product brand, cross product and Sales initiated communications leveraging Global Marketing provided creative assets and content, when available.

·         Manage local production of all communications leading vendor/agency relationship to ensure plans are executed on brief, on time, on budget, and deliver to brand and quality standards and meet communications objectives.

 

CREATIVE SOLUTIONS

·         Lead, manage and direct all creative agencies to deliver strategic, impactful, on-brand product and sales campaigns and tactics via multiple means and channels including digital. Ensure continuously elevated deliverables and experiences for customers.

·         Responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across LATAM Marketing and Sales Team to ensure clarity in agency briefings and creative excellence in agency output.

·         Develop governance around agency selection to vet and hire expertise-appropriate creative agencies.

·         Develop agency statements of work, purchase orders, etc.

·         Lead, monitor and enforce communications cohesion and content quality for all deliverables via use of Brand Standards, Style Guides and other tools.

 

CONSUMER SOLUTIONS

·         Participate in Costumer(ABO) events and meetings for opportunities to collaborate with ABOs and gain understanding of their needs.

·         Participate in the development and presentations to Clients (ABOs) local meetings and advisory boards gaining feedback and insight on communications, initiatives and programs.

·         Enable and support Community Based Programs content and social capabilities in collaboration with program delivery, affiliate marketing, digital, sales, LGS, training.

 

SOCIAL STRATEGY

·         Lead the development and execution of a single social plan that leverages the Global social strategy and supports Clients (ABOs) in social selling and customer engagement. Include the responsibility to deploy a community strategy framework in partnership with the digital and brand teams.

·         Define a harmonized experience across the region and based on Nutrilite / wellness as a champion.

·         Lead the development and deployment of social media leveraging Global content whenever possible, including Amway and product brand social media pages and presence, community management, branded content and curated content.

·         Ensure execution that is aligned with Global strategy and brand and quality standards. Includes responsibility to deploy social media assets (written, visual, video) for Customers (ABO) use to promote products, brands and the opportunity to customers and prospects.

·         Develops and executes multi-year program strategies including services driving additional engagement and value beyond the products.

·         Delivers the tools Clients need to coordinate, execute, track and deliver customer programs including easy access to daily content, engaging customer experiences / programs and Social selling support.

·         Analyze program metrics to determine success factors and continuously evolve the program offering based on changing customer unmet needs

·         Build new communities Client´s based on global priorities that can support engagement.

 

TALENT AND PERFORMANCE

Develop and lead a high performing team by:

·         Establishing clear expectations for a step change in performance. Lead the change management required to achieve and enabled, inspired organization.

·         Day-to-day leadership and prioritization.

·         Mentoring, coaching, and guiding professionals to help support global talent pipeline within Amway. Holding staff accountable for results.

·         Ensure team has the resources to deliver against plans. Elevate resourcing concerns when needed.

 

SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, GOVERNANCE

·         Participate in the annual and Q assessment and marketing plan.

·         Develop and monitor integrated communications budget, tracking and ensuring expenditures are within budget.

·         Participate in the selection and management of key marketing vendors.
