Quality Manager for Refrigeration Industry
Bachelor´s Degree in engineering or related industrial, scientific or business field.
Master´s degree is preferred.
Fluent English
Valid passport and the ability to travel back and forth between Mexico and USA.
5 years Quality Management or Qualiy Management representative experience.
3-5 years Quality Engineering experience.
This is a plant start, having experience starting the quality department is desire.
Developed or maintained an ISO9000 manufacturing quality system.
Developed and or managed a Supplier Quality System with the focusd on supplier selection, supplier development aned supplier performance evaluation.
Experienced in the use of an ERP system such as Oracle/JD Edwards, Epicor, SAP or similar.
Lean six sigma manufacturing, Kaizen, 5´s.
The quality manager will facilitate efficient production operations by planning, leading, implementing and maintaining a quality assurance system, preserving a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization products and / or development processes, and overseeing the activity of the quality department and staff.
