Sr, HRIS Analyst

Major Responsibility

Workday System Main Support (Regional Scope): Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for
Workday system support across the assigned regional scope (e.g., LATAM). Responsible for ensuring system stability, data
integrity, and functional performance across key modules such as HCM, Core HR, Absence, Compensation, and Business
Processes. Coordinate with global teams to localize configurations, manage tenant validations, and support region-specific
integrations and compliance requirements. Lead root cause analysis for system issues, drive resolution in collaboration with
HRIS, IT, and functional stakeholders, and proactively identify optimization opportunities to enhance user experience and
Integration & Technical Support: Monitor, review, and validate payroll-related integration events between Workday and
external systems (e.g., TRESS). Ensure accurate data transmission by understanding both the outbound Workday integration
logic and the expected inbound format required by the receiving system. Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to
troubleshoot integration issues, identify discrepancies, and support timely resolution. Maintain basic technical knowledge of
integration configurations to provide first-level analysis and escalate complex issues as needed.
Workday System Compliance & Governance: :
Ensure regional adherence to Workday system compliance standards and governance protocols. Perform periodic access
reviews to validate appropriate user permissions across roles and supervisory organizations, in alignment with internal
policies and audit requirements. Oversee change management processes by validating that system updates, configuration
changes, and enhancements follow standardized approval workflows and documentation protocols. Act as a liaison with
global governance teams to align regional practices with enterprise-wide controls and ensure audit readiness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with key regional and global stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and
Compliance to ensure effective delivery of Workday-related services and initiatives. Act as a strategic liaison to gather
business requirements, communicate system capabilities, and manage expectations. Support cross-functional alignment by
facilitating regular touchpoints, providing status updates, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Proactively identify
collaboration opportunities to enhance user experience and drive continuous improvement in system utilization.
Operational Support & Ticket Management: Manage and resolve daily operational issues and system inquiries related to
Workday through established ticketing systems. Ensure timely response and resolution of incidents, requests, and user
reported problems within defined SLAs. Categorize, prioritize, and escalate tickets appropriately, maintaining clear
documentation of actions taken. Provide functional guidance to end users, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with
HRIS and IT teams to implement sustainable solutions and improve service delivery.
Metrics & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports from Workday to support HR operations,
compliance, and strategic decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance by validating sources and
applying appropriate filters and business logic. Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, automate standard
reports where possible, and ensure timely distribution. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics to
identify trends, support continuous improvement, and inform leadership dashboards.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency, accuracy,
and user experience of Workday processes and services within the region. Leverage user feedback, system performance
data, and best practices to propose improvements in workflows, configurations, and operational procedures. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to pilot enhancements, document outcomes, and scale successful initiatives. Drive a culture of
innovation and proactive problem-solving aligned with broader HR digital transformation goals.
HRIS Special Projects: Lead or contribute to strategic and high-impact HRIS initiatives that fall outside of day-to-day
operations, including system upgrades, new module implementations, M&A integrations, and regional process redesigns.
Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within scope and budget. Provide
subject matter expertise, support testing activities, and manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure
alignment with global standards while adapting solutions to regional business needs.

Experience
At least 5 years of global HRIS systems experience.
At least 3 years of Workday Configuration (HCM)
At least 3 years of Workday Configuration (Reporting)
At least 3 years of Workday Configuration (Calculated Fields)
At least 1 years of Workday Configuration (Advanced Compensation)
At least 2 years of Workday Configuration (Recruiting)
At least 1 years of Workday Configuration (Learning)
Workday Certifications are a plus
HR Background is a plus
